Happy Birthday Sadie!

I can't believe my little girl is 3. It seems like just yesterday I was looking at my tummy in the mirror trying to picture a baby in there. There are so many great qualities about her and since she just celebrated her Bday I've decided to share some of those with everyone!!

Sadie has the sweetest little voice you could ever hear. That is one of the things that I hear from people the most, is how sweet her little voice is. It makes it hard to tell her no - especially when she turns on the charm. She is VERY funny and VERY generous. She is always trying to cheer up her cousins and friends when they are down, giving up her most favorite toys to make them happy. She is the best big sister ever to her Taylor. She is always trying to read to her and keep her happy. When she hears her crying in the other room she is always the first one to run in and see if she is ok.

She is so much fun to just sit down and talk to. She has such a cute little perspective on life (don't all kids?) and she just cracks me up. She loves to play dress up, look at books, play with stickers, dolls, babies, and play outside.

I can sit and watch her play and laugh with her friends all day. She can always put a smile on my face. I can be having the worst day ever and hear her say "I love you Mommy" and it just makes everything better in an instant!

We can't get enough of her hugs and kisses and are looking forward to watching her grow up and become a beautiful little lady :) WE LOVE YOU SADIE!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course we had the tv going in the background-baseball playoffs are on! I haven't mentioned them AT ALL this year because of the sad year my Braves had. I am throwing my support to the Rays who've had an awesome regular season. They are down 3 games to 1 right now against the Phillies so we might have a new champion tonight!

Baseball is good. Watch it.

Catching Up!

I have been doing a terrible job with the blogging lately. We have been very busy and I haven't been taking many pictures either. And since that is the only fun part about blogging I have been neglecting it.

The big news since my last post is Sadie Turned 2!! We had a birthday party for her here at the house with some friends and family. The kids occupied themselves with running up and down the hallway screaming....who needs to plan games when you can do that??

Left: Sadie with her new Dora backpack. She enjoys just wearing it around the house and get's the biggest pleasure out of putting it on by herself. I get weirded out when I see her with it on. I feel like she is going to school and I don't like it!!!

Her first present! We let her open it up in the morning before her party because I couldn't wait. And that is her breakfast of choice on her face. POP TART!

And I know it is sad but this is the only picture I got of the party. My camera died right after. My dorky sister Savannah with Sadie's HUGE Dora cake. Total accident on my part, the cake WAS NOT supposed to be this big. But it turned out really cute and Sadie loved it :)
